Many of us start out intensely committed to reaching our weight loss goals, but the truth is, that many of us let the things that happen to us in our daily lives reduce our tenacity, so to speak. We may have a really bad work week; we may have an enormous fight with our significant other. Either one of these occurrences may cause us to overlook the treadmill and simply dive head first into a pint of Rocky Road ice cream!
