How do you feel about the weight loss issue? I am talking about the concept of actually losing weight for real and keeping it off. Low and behold, this is an unknown feat by many men and women around the world. It seems to be that everyone is on a diet these days, but no one is losing the weight. What’s the deal, people? I bet I can guess.
Number one, you may be exercising enough, but you haven’t altered your bad eating habits. This won’t work. Don’t plan on fitting into that size three dress with bad eating habits.
Number two, you may be eating the right foods, but you’re not exercising enough. Being a couch potato and watching TV doesn’t work either. Does this sound familiar to you?
And finally, you may be eating far too much (or too little) food. This makes it difficult for your metabolism to speed up. Stop the insanity, people. It’s time to lose 20 pounds, and keep them off for good. Ready?
What’s it gonna take for you to lose 20 pounds? Is this a lot, or do you really need to lose more than that? Well, you could start with the 20, then once you’ve successfully lost those initial pounds, you can strive to shed more.
If you didn’t already know it, some folks can lose 20 pounds like it’s not a big deal. It’s all about an appropriate fitness regime and proper diet. If you find the correct path, then you can lose up to a pound a day for men and about a pound every two days for women. Wouldn’t you just love to lose 20 pounds in 20 to 40 days? That would be an achievement!
Have you seen how mixed martial artists do it? They represent the epitome of losing weight. I once saw a fighter drop 16 pounds to meet a weight goal. If he failed, he wouldn’t be allowed to fight. He met his goal in under three days. Now that’s extreme. It probably wouldn’t be too much trouble for him to lose 20 pounds. Of course, his methods may be far too drastic for most people. As you may have already figured out, it’s not healthy to lose weight too quickly. It really is a continual process.
Well, if you are ready and willing to lose 20 pounds, and aren’t already a member, consider joining our diet community blog and interact with other successful dieters. Get in the zone!
