I want to share my experience with a different kind of diet pill, Meridia, that works by subtly curbing the appetite. If you take it on a schedule that has its maximum effect whenever you are most likely to overeat, or to eat junk food, it can be a great help. For example, if you otherwise have your eating under control, but crave cookies or chips or a danish in the late afternoon, take your Meridia dose midmorning and banish the craving. That’s what my doctor recommended, and it worked.
