My Healthy Weight Loss Diet Blog – Week 2

O-kay, this week was a wash. If you read Week 1, you’ll know that I stated “…a weekly ‘progress report’ will force me to see the bigger picture…”. Now I see; if I don’t keep track of my daily caloric intake and exercise expenditure, it’s going to be much harder to lose the weight.

With that said, it’s time to implement Phase 2 – Improve Eating Habits. What I mean by this is; by going to the grocery store and figuring out what I’m going to eat for the week, I won’t have to count calories daily.

Perhaps that (a weekly food list) will get me back on track to reach my goal of 220 lbs by Oct. 1st. At least it’s a way to achieve healthy weight loss.
