I’m starting to get back on track after last week’s disaster. Although, a one pound weight loss is nothing to get too excited about.
So…starting today (you’ll see it in next week’s post) I’m going to keep track of my daily calories and exercise. It’s now apparent to me that’s the only way I’ll reach my weight loss goal.
Speaking of goals, what’s your weight loss goal? 10 pounds? Or maybe it’s 20 pounds or more. Whatever your goals are, here a some proper dieting techniques.
This week’s numbers:
- Today’s weight: 283.6
- Last Wednesday’s weight: 284.6
- Weekly weight loss : 1
