OK, I’m picking up steam. This week’s weight loss was a healthy 1.2 pounds. It seems though, that to regain my ability to lose 2 lbs per week, I’ll have to reduce the average daily calories–probably below 1600–and increase the average daily exercise–over 60 mins.
So, what it boils down to is consumption vs calories burned. If we stick to our calorie budget and get enough exercise we can lose weight fast. Here are the essentials for success in losing weight fast.

- Average exercise: 28 mins/day
- Today’s weight: 282.4
- Last Wednesday’s weight: 283.6
- Weekly weight loss: 1.2
