Finally! I (re)-broke the 280 barrier. It’s been a long 5 weeks to get back down to 279.2 and my new format of including weekly averages has shown me that I need to work on my exercise — see this weeks’ numbers.
This may prove that to lose weight fast, you don’t have to get too radical with the calories. Although, the numbers can be a bit deceiving–most of the weight loss was in the last 2 days where my average calories was 1295.
This week’s conclusion is the same as last week; keep the cals under 1600 and the exercise above 40 mins and I’ll continue to lose weight fast (2 lbs or more per week).
This week’s numbers:
- Average calories: 2061/day
- Average exercise: 17 mins/day
- Today’s weight: 279.2
- Last Wednesday’s weight: 282.4
- Weekly weight loss: 3.2
