My Healthy Weight Loss Diet Blog - Week 7

It’s interesting to note–if you’ve been following this series–that last weeks numbers are very similar to this week’s…and I haven’t lost any weight (0.6 lb gain).

What that means to me is, these numbers indicate my approximate equilibrium level–no weight loss or gain (0.6 gain is not significant).

So, I must improve upon these numbers if I’m going to lose weight fast–or at all.

Try harder.

This week’s numbers:

  • Average calories: 2076/day
  • Average exercise: 14 mins/day
  • Today’s weight: 279.8
  • Last Wednesday’s weight: 279.2
  • Weekly weight loss (gain): (0.6)
