The proof is in the pudding, so to speak. As I said last week, if I am going to lose weight fast I’ll have to improve upon the numbers.
And improve I did. Even though the exercise number is still low–something to work on–the average calories are down close to my target of 1600 or less per day. Thus, I achieved a healthy 2.4 lbs of weight loss, which is slightly better than my goal of 2 lbs per week.
Of course, the real proof is in repeatability. So tune in (log-on) next week to see if this is a reality or a fluke. My weight loss goal of 45 lbs by the end of September is on the line.
