A small step backwards this week; 0.8 lbs weight gain. Even though I’m holding at 11 pounds weight loss, I had hoped to be further along on my weight loss plan by now. This proves one thing; dieting really is harder than you think.
With that said, what it comes down to–a far as I can glean from my numbers–is consistency. More exercise + less calories = weight loss.
So, next week, if I show an improvement in the calorie and exercise numbers, I’ll record another weight loss. If you look at my exercise numbers for this week, you’ll have found the reason why I did not lose any weight.
This week’s disappointing numbers:
- Average calories: 1739/day
- Average exercise: 3 mins/day
- Today’s weight: 278.2
- Last Wednesday’s weight: 277.4
- Weekly weight loss (gain): (0.8)
