I kind of went over my weekly calorie goal this week. If you read Week 17 you’ll know that my optimal average calories per day is around 1600. Still, I lost a little weight anyway–but not my weight loss goal of 2 lbs per week.
Maybe it’s the average daily exercise that was responsible for my weight loss. My exercise came out to 14 mins/day as opposed to 10 last week. Yes, I know that number should be something more like 60 mins/day–I’ll work on it.
Not much else to report on my weight loss plan (and exercise) this week. I’ve been busy with my Spanish lessons site (that’s why I’m a couple of days late posting this). If you’re interested, check it out. I’ll be back next week. Happy dieting!

- Average calories: 1979/day
- Average exercise: 14 mins/day
- Today’s weight: 275
- Last week’s weight: 275.8
- Weight loss: 0.8

I’m an 18 year old male, I exercise 6 days a week, but my diet isn’t that healthy, so can someone give me some examples of some healthy foods I can eat ?

Fruits, vegetables, lean meats and beneficial oils. That’s what they tell me, anyway. If you’re overweight, try reducing your caloric intake. If you’re not…well…you’re doing fine.
