Not much to say. Another week of above target calories and below target exercise has left me with a weight gain. I could give a bunch of excuses for my inability to lose weight this week, but what it really comes down to is; consistency.
What is interesting, is the body fat number. It’s down this week even though I gained weight. This is because the waist measurement was smaller than last week–maybe it’s not such a good measurement to include in my diet to lose weight. Oh well, I’ll keep it in for now.
This week’s heavy numbers:
- Average calories: 1919/day
- Average exercise: 4 mins/day
- Today’s weight: 275.4 (lbs)
- Last week’s weight: 273.8
- Body fat: 31.4%
- Weekly weight loss (gain): (1.6)
- Total weight loss: 13.8
