My Healthy Weight Loss Diet - Week 31

I’m back…yeah, I know I’ve been gone for weeks 24 through 30 on my diet to lose weight, and the toll on my weight loss plan has been huge (a pun). I went from a weight loss–total since the start–of 16.6 lbs on my last report (week 23) back down to 9.4 lbs. (20.7 kilos).

Goal for today: 277 lbs. Actual: 279.8 lbs. Still, I lost 3.2 since the last weigh-in. But when you see my chart for the year–will be posted on my birthday 12-29–you’ll see how hard this dieting thing really is. So far the graph looks like the Rocky mountains–up and down, up and down.

The obvious factor I’m noticing is that, when I don’t keep track of my calories and exercise numbers, I gain weight. When I keep a sharp eye on those factors, I lose weight.

This is why I gained so much weight back–it was the missing weeks. Oh well, keep on keeping on…

This week’s rebounding numbers:

  • Last weigh-in: 283 (around the 28th of Oct.)
  • Today’s weight: 279.8 (lbs)
  • Weight loss: 3.2
  • Total weight loss: 9.4

P. S. Next week I’ll return the average calories and exercise for the week–I didn’t have a complete week for this report.
