My Healthy Weight Loss Diet - Week 35

OK, I’m back. Did you miss me? Anyway…I’ve been busy with my Christmas site: Best Christmas Ideas (.com) and haven’t found the time to post here. So a quick recap on my diet to lose weight is in order.

Since my last ‘Healthy Weight Loss Diet’ post (week 32), I’ve lost 5.2 pounds (2.36 kilos). Week 33 was even–no weight loss. In week 34, I lost 2.2 lbs, and this week: 3.0 lbs. I guess being really busy with my work has it’s advantages :)

Also, if you go back and read the week 32 post, you’ll see my correlation with exercise and the inability to lose weight. Look at this week’s average exercise numbers (below). 6 minutes per day is very low, and yet, I lost 3 lbs. I know that muscle weighs more than fat–but this is ridiculous.

I’ll have to find a way to get more exercise and still keep the calories down close to 1600 per day. That will be the only way to lose weight fast. Wish me luck…

This week’s reduced numbers:

  • Average calories: 1756 (day)
  • Average exercise: 6 (mins/day)
  • Last week’s weight: 280.4 (lbs)
  • Today’s weight: 277.4
  • Weekly weight loss: 3.0
  • Total weight loss: 11.8

    Christmas site is very good and relevant. Your diet so far shows good results. I wish you luck and will hope that you will achieve the desired results.
