No weight loss to report this week. Nope, I didn’t lose any weight. Zero. Oh well, at least I didn’t gain any. And, to look on the bright side, I now know what combination of calories and exercise is needed (for me) to maintain weight.
So, what this tells me is: if I can keep the cals under 2269 (daily average for the week) and increase my exercise above 14 minutes per day (again, an average over 7 days), I will be able to lose more weight.
Come back next week to see how I do. I’m going to keep track of actual food groups consumed, as well as calories. Also, I’m going to break down the exercise into groups. This should be interesting…
