I managed to do–barely–what I planned on last week: reduce the calories to under 2269 (daily average for the week) and increase my exercise above 14 (average) minutes per day.
The result: a 1.6 pound weight loss. Although this is less than my target of 2 lbs per week, I’ll take it. So, all I have to do now is, reduce cals some more and increase the amount of exercise–to lose weight fast at the rate of 2 (or more) lbs per week.
As promised last week, the following are the actual foods that I consumed and their corresponding calories, plus the breakdown of exercise, as well. Can you see where there is room for improvement?
