This week was a train wreck. Period. The beer consumption alone was 3848 or ~ 550 calories per day, average–way too much. Lesson: cut down on my beer!
Exercise was up. Not enough to burn off 2866 average calories per day, however. That would take something like 128 minutes per day…just to have remained even–zero weight loss or gain.
As you can see, by the numbers below, I need to: either reduce the number of cals consumed, or; increase the amount of exercise expended. How about both?

- Average calories: 2866/day
- Average exercise: 27 mins/day
- Last week’s weight: 270.4 (lbs)
- Today’s weight: 274.6
- Weekly weight loss (gain): (4.2)
- Total weight loss: 14.6
