My ‘Lose Weight Fast’ Diet Journal – Day 1

OK, I’m back — and serious about losing weight. The official start of windsurfing season is April 1st and I’ve been feeling a little heavy lately. So I bought a scale today and was surprised to discover that I weigh 289.2 lbs! I guess I’ve got to lose weight fast.

For the next four weeks I’m going to record my calorie intake, exercise accomplished and personal thoughts, in a daily journal called: “My ‘Lose Weight Fast’ Diet Journal”.

Who knows? If it helps me to lose the weight and get into shape for the windsurfing season, maybe it’ll be helpful to you too.

Here are today’s numbers:

  • cinnamon roll 300
  • Frappuccino 300
  • iced tea 120
  • egg mcmuffin w/sausge 450
  • almonds 260
  • hot dog 260
  • Triscuit ~24 288
  • cottage cheese 8oz 200
  • Squirt 20oz 250
