Still sick. But I did get out and go for a walk — it felt good. Of course, I probably shouldn’t be eating pizza when trying to lose weight fast, huh?
While looking up the calories for said offender, I did find a great calorie resource, though: the Food Browser at about-dot-com.
With only 12 days to go before the official start of the wind season (and my being able to fit into my windsurf harness), I’m going to try and keep the calories under 1600/day.
Today’s doughy numbers:

- coffee+4oz hot choc 50
- string cheese 70 (actually 72/oz NOT 80)
- apple danish 6″ 450
- chips 1/2 bag 160
- apple 80
- pizza 2 slcs 700
- soda 270
TOTAL 1780
* EXERCISE

* WEIGHT
282.6 lbs
