My ‘Lose Weight Fast’ Diet Journal - Day 25

Yesterday’s calories (3240!) put me back up to 282 lbs — this diet thing is harder than I thought. Plus, I’m having a slight relapse of my flu symptoms.

Maybe tomorrow will be a better day.

Today’s reduced calorie numbers:

* CALORIES

  • coffee+4oz hot choc 50
  • string cheese 70
  • cinnamon roll 300
  • banana 2 210
  • turkey sndwch 350
  • El Pollo Loco chicken w/beans +
  • cole slaw + tortillas 947 (per their website)

TOTAL 1927

* EXERCISE

walk 10 mins

* WEIGHT

282 lbs
