Yesterday’s calories (3240!) put me back up to 282 lbs — this diet thing is harder than I thought. Plus, I’m having a slight relapse of my flu symptoms.
Maybe tomorrow will be a better day.
Today’s reduced calorie numbers:
* CALORIES
- coffee+4oz hot choc 50
- string cheese 70
- cinnamon roll 300
- banana 2 210
- turkey sndwch 350
- El Pollo Loco chicken w/beans +
- cole slaw + tortillas 947 (per their website)
TOTAL 1927
* EXERCISE
walk 10 mins
* WEIGHT
282 lbs
