Down 0.8 lbs today despite yesterday’s 1927 calories and a 10 minute walk for exercise. Today, similar cals, more exercise (1 hr walk).
Only 6 dieting (and exercise) days left on my ‘lose weight fast’ plan. I’d like to end up at 277 lbs — we’ll see.
Today’s slightly lower numbers:
