Woohoo! Finally made it below 280 lbs — barely. So far, I’ve lost 9.4 lbs even though I caught the flu and did no exercise for 10 days. There’s still 6 weight measurement days left to get to 277.
Now that I’m feeling better, the exercise resumes — tomorrow — more aggressively.
