A nice long walk felt good for a change. Now, when I start re-incorporating some jogging/running into my excursions, the weight should really start to fly off — it’s a matter of persistence.
No weight change to report, and because of excessive calories today, tomorrow’s going to be up.
Today’s numbers:

- turkey sndwch 350

- RedBull 110
- beer 750
- nuts 70
- pizza 660
- salad 250
TOTAL 2850 too may cals!
