Lowest weight yet! — 279.4 lbs — as it should be, considering yesterday’s super low caloric intake of 1095. Although reaching my secondary goal of 277 lbs with only 2 weigh-in days left seems impossible now, my primary goal of fitting into my windsurf harness might happen; we’ll see on the 1st.
On April 1st I’ll include a wrap-up of my 30 day diet to lose weight, including a chart showing the progress — or lack of it — that I made in my quest.
