My ‘Lose Weight Fast’ Diet Journal – Day 31

No weight change to report. If I could just get down to 279.2 lbs tomorrow, I’ll have lost 10 lbs total in 32 days even with the severe lack of exercise due to the 14 day illness — flu — right in the middle of my diet quest.

Today’s next-to-last numbers:

  • coffee+4oz hot choc 50
  • string cheese 70
  • cinnamon roll 300
  • turkey sndwch 350
  • banana 105
  • chicken wings 250
  • pizza 330
  • beer 400

TOTAL 1855
