10 pounds lost! Tomorrow’s the last day of my ‘lose weight fast’ diet and the test to see if my windsurf harness will fit around my — slightly reduced — waist. You see, it has two buckle ’stops’ and at the beginning of this month I couldn’t even fit into the outer one.
Starting after tomorrow’s entry, these posts will be a weekly update titled: Healthy Weight Loss Diet Blog and my goal will continue to be 2-3 lbs per week, with an ultimate goal of 220 by October 1st. If I succeed at this, it will be the lightest I’ve been since 1988.
