Uh oh! Weight’s up today (by 0.6 lbs). It was a beautiful day for a walk — and I actually jogged a short distance. Now, if I can just reduce my calorie intake, I should start to lose weight fast… right?

Today’s numbers:

  • cinnamon roll 300
  • peach 35
  • cottage cheese 8oz 200
  • Frappuccino 2 380
  • soda 200
  • chkn burrito 790
  • cheeseburger 340

* EXERCISE

walk+jog 55 mins

286.2 lbs
