As you can see by yesterday’s CALORIES, I attended an impromptu party. The alcohol alone accounts for 900 cals. Then there’s the junk food I eat after drinking… not good — my weight went back up to 289 lbs this morning! Plus, it was raining, so I didn’t get my walk/jog in — a double whammy.
So, for the rest of this ‘Lose Weight Fast’ diet, no alcohol + more exercise + less calories = weight loss.
