After seeing the results from yesterday’s low cals and medium length walk — a loss of 2.6 lbs — I’m going all out today. Even less calories and more exercise.
The windsurfing season is rapidly approaching — It’s been windy for the last 2 days. I want to be able to fit into my windsurf harness — as opposed to buying a new one — by April 1st.
Today’s numbers:

- string cheese 80
- cinnamon roll 300
- taco 220
- bean burrito 400
- beers 4 600

- cottage cheese 8oz 200
TOTAL 2280

Update: I ran into some friends, had 4 beers, a bean burrito, a chicken soft taco and a few nuts. Oh well… at least I didn’t gain any weight — see day 9.
