No weight loss to report. No gain either. Today, being Sunday, I will stay home and work. I will devote 20 mins to some sit-ups/push-ups/leg-ups, and consume minimal calories.

- cottage cheese 8oz 200

TOTAL 1090

floor exercises 20 mins
