im a 21 year old female, im 1.6m in height and weigh 59. I tried diet pills such as phedra cut and mirco slim and it doesnt seem to be working, the eating plans expect me to eat the same thing every week and i just cant do that. when i get home from work my gran has already made supper so i cant follow the diet plans as accuratly as i would like. my stomach makes rolls when i sit i really hate it and i have love handles. Im not that big but i just feel uncomfortable as i use to be very skinny and now im not anymore and nothing fits me. please help anyone that has suggestions on how i can loose weight
