Well, here we are–week 23 of my weight loss diet plan. How’s it going? Oh, not to bad; I’ve lost 16.6 pounds so far. Even though this is less than I’d hoped for, It’s still considerable and I’ll take it.
My goal for this week–and the weeks to follow–is to increase my average daily exercise. This is an area in which I’ve been slacking-off, and I’m sure more exercise will help take the pounds off.
Perhaps eventually, I’ll strike a balance between diet and exercise, but at least I’ve proved something up to this point: If you count your calories, find the appropriate amount to consume for sustained weight loss, and stick with it, you will lose weight.

- Average exercise: 11 mins/day

- Body fat: 33.3%
