Have you ever engaged in some sort of 'fad' diet; Jumped on the bandwagon, so to speak? Yeah, I'm sure that millions of folks worldwide are on the latest diet craze right now. You see, they 'need' to lose inches fast. The story goes like this: eat a double cheeseburger, then, after stepping on the scale, start a new crash diet, eat a whole bag of chips and drink a large Coke—start another diet, etc…

In other words: you can lose inches and not actually lose any weight. How? With vigorous exercise you'll convert fat into muscle, which is heavier than fat tissue, but leaner (read: thinner). To make a long story short, to lose inches fast you should concentrate on exercise more than dieting.
