Are you feasting like crazy? Whenever the holiday season comes back around, you can bet plenty of people gain weight. This is the standard operating procedure for many Americans. We consume loads of fatty foods, sides, snacks, and desserts. It's like we become bottomless pits for a couple weeks. Nothing can ultimately satisfy us except for constantly eating more food.

Wah Wah Wah
When I hear of people whining and complaining about losing pounds, I recall how MMA competitors train. Mixed martial artists compete in UFC and other fighting events and sometimes they have to drop weight to meet a particular goal. They might be competing on the Ultimate Fighter reality series and were chosen to fight. Now, these guys know how to lose weight in a week. Actually more like a couple of days. I've seen one competitor lose 14 pounds in two days. That's unbelievable, I know; but they do it.
We're talking lots of sauna time, working out, water and very little food. It doesn't sound too fun if you ask me, but as you can see, it can be done. You can lose weight in a week if that's what you truly want. Now, let's think about this course of action on a healthy level. Clearly you want to avoid eating nothing at all. We've all got to consume some food and water every day.
